You’ve got the basics down. You know how to prompt. Now it’s time to build.
This full-day hands-on workshop is for intermediate AI users who are ready to move from experimenting with prompts to designing real, working AI workflows. Taking place during World AI Week in Amsterdam, it’s the perfect skills-first warm-up before stepping into the World Summit AI.
You’ll spend the day designing and building an AI workflow around a real problem from your own work, using tools like n8n, monday.com, and Lovable — no coding required. By the end of the day, you’ll have a completed workflow and a custom playbook to take back to your desk.
Come with a problem in mind — or let the morning session help you find one. Either way, you’ll leave with something real.

12:15 – 13:00 Use Case Clinic
Participants share their problem or use case. Group discussion to pressure-test ideas, sharpen the scope, and identify the right tools for each challenge
13:00 – 13:45 Lunch
Sandwiches and refreshments provided
13:45 – 15:30 Build Sprint I
Hands-on workflow building with live support. Focus on structure, logic, and connecting the right tools to the right steps
15:30 – 15:45 Break & Check-In
Short break with a mid-session progress check
15:45 – 17:15 Build Sprint II & Refinement
Polish, test, and tighten workflows. Troubleshoot with trainer support. Finalise your demo
17:15 – 18:00 Demo & Prize Ceremony
Each participant presents their workflow. Best demo wins a free WSAI Expo & Content ticket worth €699
What you have to have for the training
Laptop: Required — all participants must bring their own
Accounts: Free-tier or trial accounts sufficient for all tools.
Tools: A pro tool would be optimal so you don't run out of credits in your build. Ex:
