Energy Garden Autumn Workshops: Nature Connection for Wellbeing

You're invited to spend two gentle hours in our community garden, slowing down and connecting with the natural wonders right under our noses. Who is this for? Anyone looking to decompress, step away from screens, and feel more grounded and connected. No prior experience with nature connection or gardening is needed! Hopefully you will leave feeling relaxed, restored, and more connected to the living world around you.

• This session will take place at Brondesbury Park Energy Garden. The garden is inside Brondesbury Park Overground Station, platform 2 (NW6 6RP)
• All tools and materials will be provided
• This event is free and family-friendly
• Childrean are welcome but must be accompaied by a supervising adult

This workshop is part of a series of autumn community workshops delivered by the community at Brondesbury Park Energy Garden. Find out more about this series below.

This year, the community at Brondesbury Park has been hard at work updating and renovating the garden's infrastructure, including new vegetable beds, steps and updated terraces and paths. To celebrate this achievement we have an exciting workshop series running from October to November 2026, celebrating the knowledge, creativity and interests that already exist within the Energy Garden community. The workshops are led by a mix of Energy Garden volunteers and Youth Training Programme graduates, creating opportunities for people to share skills, try something new and connect with others through our gardens. All materials will be provided.

All workshops are free to attend, but places are limited.
