Grief can make the world feel unfamiliar. St. Elizabeth Ann Seton knew the ache of losing those she loved—and the struggle to keep trusting God through it.On Saturday, November 7, come to the Seton Shrine for an evening of reflection and prayer. Walk through Mother Seton’s story on a museum tour focused on her experiences of grief. Then gather in the Basilica for an Evening of Recollection with Fr. Mark Bialek, followed by a Vigil Mass.
Whether your loss is recent or one you have carried for years, you are welcome here. Bring what is on your heart, and spend an evening with a saint who understood that sorrow and hope can live side by side.
