About this Event
Want a healthier spin on Emo Night?
Join Crystal for 55 minutes of all-levels yoga set to the emo, pop-punk, and screamo! Then stick around at Long Live in PVD to grab a drink and hang out.
Never done yoga before? You're in the right place. This class is beginner-friendly and designed to help you unwind, release some tension, move your body, and get out of your head for a little while. More intermediate? Don't worry, I'll offer some spicier options if you want a challenge!
We'll flow to a curated playlist featuring the bands like Paramore, Peirce the Veil, Saves the Day and more! Expect a class that starts gently, builds some heat, and ends with a meditative savasana (aka lying down like a dead body, for anyone who's new to yoga 😉).
But the best part? This isn't just a yoga class. It's a chance to find your people.
After class, stick around, grab a beer or a n/a drink, and meet other local emo music lovers, pop-punk kids, and alternative yogis. Come with friends or show up solo and make some new ones.
Everyone's welcome.
