About this Event
The EMNB Leadership Roundtable brings together early childhood owners, directors, and leaders from across New Braunfels and Comal County on the second Wednesday of each month for meaningful conversation, connection, and collaboration. The Roundtable creates a space for leaders to share experiences, discuss common challenges, exchange resources, and learn from one another in a candid and supportive environment.
Each gathering includes a focused topic or conversation while leaving room for leaders to bring their own questions, ideas, and experiences to the table. The goal is to strengthen relationships among ECE leaders and create a network where they can learn from one another, problem-solve together, and identify opportunities to support the early childhood field collectively.
12–12:30: Networking/Open Discussion
12:30–1:30: Leadership Roundtable (actual meeting)
1:30–2: Networking/Open Discussion
Starting in 2027, we’ll add more flexibility by rotating meeting times and alternating between in-person and virtual gatherings. The goal: consistency now so everyone can plan ahead with enough flexibility for later later, so no one feels boxed in.
This is your table. Bring your experience, your questions, and your ideas.
October Guest Speaker: Mike Crowley, with The Greater New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce.
