About this Event
EMERGENCE is a brand new relational presence practice. It’s unique, in the field of Circling, Non-Violent Communication, and T-Groups, going further than any of these, in both creating self-awareness and cleaner clearer connection with others. Through the use of specific ways of dialoguing about our experience and being openly curious about others, it teaches embodiment, attunement, working with stress and triggers, meta-cognition, and tracking your motives in real time. It is impossible to practice this and not walk away having gained skill and capacity and knowing how to better relate to people.
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
Morgan Klein is a Relational Intelligence Teacher, Certified Hypnotherapist, and advisor to leaders founders and creators. He discovered Circling and the relational arts in 2019, got certified in 2021, and has now facilitated hundreds of gatherings in the Bay Area and online. His facilitation style is known for a constant sense of wonderment, comfort with every dynamic possible, and the ability to have people feeling safe and challenged simultaneously. When he isn’t leading groups you can find him doing one-on-one coaching sessions, recording podcast episodes, doing photography or being a dad.
