About this Event
This journey opens seated, beginning with yogic breathing practices that prepare the body and invite presence. From there, you'll move into an active, alchemizing breathwork experience while lying down. We will move what feels stagnant, return you to your essential Self, and attune to the wellspring of ease and joy within. The session closes with an immersive sound journey that supports integration and reestablishes inner harmony. In this season of gratitude, rather than a practice that asks us to overlook our struggles, we expand our awareness to hold difficulty and recognize what is already supportive and whole—embodying gratitude as the alchemical emotion it truly is. Rooted in ancient wisdom traditions and informed by modern research.
