🦃🔥 EMBER TAKES ON THE TURKEY TROT!This Thanksgiving, we’re taking our Ember community beyond the studio and hitting the pavement together! 🤎
Join your Ember friends for the Festival Foods Turkey Trot in Janesville, WI, on Thanksgiving morning at 8:00 AM!
We’re making this more than just a race — we’re making it a reason to move together, build confidence, and connect outside the studio. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, working toward your first 5K, or prefer walking with friends, there’s a place for you here!
Here’s the plan:
🔥 Train together: I’ll be putting together two training programs — a Couch to 5K program for beginners and an intermediate runner program for those looking to build on their running.
🏃🏼♀️ Meet up and move: We’ll have group meetups to train together, stay accountable, and cheer each other on along the way.
🦃 Race together: On Thanksgiving morning, we’ll meet up at the Festival Foods Turkey Trot and run or walk together!
You don’t have to be a runner to join us. Whether you want to run the whole thing, take walk breaks, or walk the entire route with friends, you’re welcome. The goal is to move our bodies, have fun, and enjoy the experience as a community. 🫶🏼
A few things to know:
* Ember Wellness Collective is not affiliated with or organizing the official Festival Foods Turkey Trot. We’re simply bringing our community together to train and participate as a group!
* You’ll need to register for the Turkey Trot yourself through the event’s official website.
* We’ll share training programs and meetup details so you can join in and prepare at your own pace.
Because at Ember, fitness is about more than just working out. It’s about finding your people, showing up for yourself, and cheering each other on every step of the way. ❤️🔥
