To answer it, you need to understand how these systems learn and process information, “reason,” and arrive at answers. That processing determines what processes you can delegate to AI, when you should augment yourself by working alongside AI, and when you should not involve AI.
Professor Rubén Mancha, Associate Professor and digital transformation researcher at Babson College and instructor in the Reykjavik University Executive MBA, will explore how to relate to AI to create value from it while minimizing its potential risks.
You will leave with a practical way to think about large language models and AI delegation, both in your own work and across your organization.
