'Dreamscape Inspired by Dali - Bending Logic Through Surreal Imagination'

If I could step into an artist’s mind, I would choose Salvador Dalí. He saw the world differently: free from strict rules, exploring the irrational, unlocking the power of the unconscious mind, and building vivid dreamscapes. And so, he became one of the leading figures of the Surrealist movement. Surrealism is “dictated by thought, in the absence of any control exercised by reason, and exempt from any aesthetic or moral concern.”

In this session, we will try to see the world like Dalí, challenging our perspectives and bringing our dreams to life in our sketchbooks. Are you ready to redefine what is logical and real?

About :

The London Latvian Centre stands out as a unique and charming focal point for Latvians in the heart of London.

Nestled just a stone's throw from the serene Kensington Gardens and a short walk from the bustling Paddington Station, the property houses a Latvian school; the Latvian Social Centre, serving traditional Latvian beers, drinks, and dishes; a bed and breakfast; and functional rooms acting as a cultural hub for celebrating Latvian heritage, including housing folk dance groups like Londona Dejo, Salinieki, and Jautrais pāris.

The house also exhibits photographs of the people most involved in leading Latvian society, as well as art works and other artefacts created by Latvian artists or donated by Latvians.
