Step Into the Magic of Christmas at Elf School!
Get ready for festive fun like no other at Princes Square!
Designed for children aged 4+ years, Elf School invites little Christmas enthusiasts to spend two magical hours immersed in the excitement of the Christmas season.
At Elf School, little ones will discover what it takes to become one of Santa’s helpers! Through a magical mix of elf training, festive challenges, creative activities and Christmas games, children will learn the skills needed to join Santa’s team. Once their training is complete, they’ll be ready to graduate as official Christmas elves, with a very special visit from Santa to make the experience even more magical!
Returning after another hugely popular run, the brilliant entertainers from Little Sunshine Entertainment are preparing to make this year’s experience extra special. With plenty of Christmas spirit and a little help from the North Pole, their team will guide children through a memorable festive experience filled with laughter, imagination and seasonal surprises.
And the magic isn’t just for the little ones! While children enjoy their time at Elf School, parents and carers can make the most of everything Princes Square has to offer.
Take a break with a bite to eat, enjoy a relaxing drink or explore the shops for those all-important Christmas presents. With guardians required to stay within Princes Square throughout the session, you’ll be close by while your children enjoy their festive fun.
Terms and Conditions
Please read the following information carefully before reserving your child’s place.
Personal information and bookings
By making a reservation, you confirm that you agree to the event’s Terms and Conditions. Any personal details collected will be managed in line with our Privacy Policy and used to organise your booking, help maintain a safe event environment and provide a positive experience both before and after your visit.
Event reservations are processed through Eventbrite. Your personal information will not be passed on to other third-party organisations.
1. Check-in arrangements
Please arrive 5/10 minutes before your allocated start time. This will allow sufficient time for registration before the activities begin.
2. Staying on site
Parents and carers are permitted to accompany children inside Elf School to ensure they settle but are not permitted to stay throughout the whole session. An exception applies to designated sensory-friendly sessions. All guardians must remain somewhere within Princes Square for the entire two-hour activity.
3. Collection policy
For each child, the adult responsible for drop-off must also be the person collecting them at the end of the session.
4. Helping children settle
The session will begin with five minutes dedicated to helping children settle into the environment and feel ready to participate.
5. Images and recordings
Visitors must not take photographs or videos inside the Elf School space. Photography and filming may only be carried out by authorised Little Sunshine representatives, and selected content may be used in promotional materials or on social media. If you would prefer your child not to appear in any photographs, please notify the team before their session starts. An opportunity to take your child’s individual photo with Father Christmas will be available.
6. Booking policy
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or transferred in exchange for another booking.
7. Changes to the event
Should unexpected circumstances mean a session cannot proceed, Little Sunshine may need to rearrange or cancel the event. If this happens, you will be offered an alternative arrangement or a full refund.
