The workshop combines three components:
AI Workflow Lab
Map a practical workflow for a recurring business task such as customer inquiries, internal documentation, content preparation, or follow-up.
Participants work with sample or non-sensitive information. No customer databases, passwords, payment information, private employee records, or confidential company files should be uploaded during the session.
Digital Growth Framework
Review practical concepts for content planning, customer communication, channel selection, and campaign testing.
The workshop does not guarantee traffic, leads, conversion rates, revenue, or advertising performance.
Strategic Roundtable Exchange
Small facilitated groups discuss implementation challenges, operating priorities, technology adoption, and professional collaboration.
The evening closes with an optional professional mixer.
