This year is racing by! Autumn colours, misty mornings and shorter days are here already, as are cosy evenings by the fire... but better still you could come to join us all, relax and dance the night away with friends old and new. This month, resident TDJ John will be selecting the tandas for your enjoyment.Doors open 7.15pm.
If you have not been to one of our events before, you can expect a spacious and modern hall with social seating at one end and an excellent wooden dance floor. The milonga format is traditional: music in tandas of three with cortinas. For the comfort and well-being of everyone, we encourage observation of the traditions and courtesies of Argentine Tango. Everyone is welcome, whether experienced milonguero/a, or just starting out.
We use a good quality sound system with a speaker in each corner of the pista, because we want to be sure that dancers can always hear the music clearly.
Tea and water are provided and there will be a selection of cakes and nibbles. You are of course also very welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks.
The venue has its own large car park.
