Join us for an evening exploring how modular construction can support the delivery of multifamily residential infill and middle housing in Edmonton and across Alberta. This in-person event brings together housing, planning, design, and municipal leaders to share insights into the opportunities and challenges of delivering more housing through innovative construction and development approaches.
The evening will include opportunities to meet and connect with fellow industry professionals, hear opening remarks from Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), and learn more about middle housing from Alkarim Devani. Representatives from the City of Edmonton will also share perspectives on municipal planning and housing delivery, followed by a moderated panel discussion bringing together experts to explore the future of modular housing and infill development.
