An evening of meditation and relaxation
Come relax and learn meditation techniques in this calming group session. Facilitated by Allison Ferradas, a certified meditation instructor through iRest Yoga Nidra since 2019, this session offers an opportunity to pause, unwind, and reconnect with yourself. Allison's soothing voice and calming presence create a peaceful environment as she guides participants through breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, and techniques to help reset the mind and reduce stress.
Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Participants are also welcome to sit in a chair if preferred.
