Hello Ed Supports Grantees,
DCYF invites you to this meeting, where we will discuss the Ed Supports Evaluation. Here you will meet the evaluators, discuss the scope of the evaluation, discuss a survey, and get your questions answered about the evaluation. So that we can fit everyone, we are limiting this to two people per program. I’ll follow-up with a registration link for Eventbrite next week. Please reach out to me or your Program Specialist if you have any questions.

In-Person Workshops
Please arrive on time and be prepared to actively participate in the workshop. Workshop location and other important details will be included in your Eventbrite registration confirmation.
If you do not receive your Eventbrite confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact the TA/CB team.
If you have registered for a workshop but are no longer able to attend, please cancel your registration through Eventbrite or notify the TA/CB team as soon as possible. This helps us make space available for other participants.
Participation
Our workshops are designed to encourage collaboration, creativity, learning, and sharing. Because these sessions are interactive and in person, participants should be prepared to engage in activities, discussions, reflection, and group learning.
We understand that participants may have competing responsibilities. If you have questions or concerns about your ability to participate fully, please reach out to the TA/CB team.

At the end of the workshop, you will receive a survey. We greatly appreciate your feedback and use it to help us improve future Technical Assistance and Capacity Building offerings.
