About this Event
Join Chris on Thursday evenings to learn and practice the gentle, rhythmic movements and exercises of Zhineng Qigong. A form developed specifically to help restore and increase the health and well-being of our body and mind.
Classes start with a short breathing meditation. This develops into gentle flowing and stretching movements designed to restore the body’s suppleness and flexibility. These are designed to reduce physical tension and emotional stress, and to increase our overall well-being and enjoyment of life.
