About this Event

Join the Edinburgh IOSH Community for an in‑person CPD event at the Royal Scots Club on Thursday 7 May at 1pm. We’ll be welcoming HSE Principal Specialist Inspector Chris Steel for a focused and informative session on the HSE Workplace Noise Inspection Plan.

During the session, Chris will take us through the latest findings from recent inspections, outline the HSE’s upcoming priorities, and highlight the practical steps organisations should take to prepare. This will give attendees a clear understanding of what the HSE is currently seeing across workplaces, what they will be focusing on next, and how you can ensure your own arrangements meet expectations.

This event is also a valuable opportunity to meet the HSE directly, ask questions, and hear practical insight from a specialist inspector. After the session, you’re welcome to stay for networking with fellow H&S professionals, share experiences, and make new connections within the IOSH community.
