This rich, comforting dish brings together a remarkable variety of grains and pulses, squash, salted cod and traditional garnishes, with each ingredient contributing to a recipe filled with history and meaning.
In this hands-on Masterclass, you’ll discover the story and traditions behind Fanesca, learn how its different elements are prepared and brought together, and create this iconic Ecuadorian Easter dish alongside our chef.
Then, of course, we’ll sit down and enjoy it together.
