About this Event
Elements Dance Studio Chamblee GA, October 16 9:00am-11:00am
Limited to 40 Participants
Have you ever wanted to move without worrying about how you looked?
To dance without choreography...
Without judgment...
Without expectations...
Just music, movement, and the freedom to be yourself.
Join us for an uplifting morning of Ecstatic Conscious Dance, where movement becomes a form of self-expression, mindfulness, celebration, and connection.
This special gathering has been intentionally designed as a gentle introduction to Ecstatic Dance for those who are curious but may have never experienced it before. Rather than attending a large dance gathering, you'll experience a welcoming, low-pressure environment where you can comfortably explore free-form movement at your own pace.
With attendance limited to just 40 participants, everyone has the opportunity to feel seen, supported, and comfortable as we create a safe space for authentic expression, connection, and joy.
Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement practice. There are no dance steps to learn, no partner required, and no experience necessary. Whether you move with high energy, gentle swaying, quiet stillness, or simply observe for part of the evening, you are invited to honor your body and express yourself authentically.
Together we'll create a welcoming space where breath, movement, music, and meditation guide the journey from the busyness of everyday life into greater presence, freedom, and connection.
Our morning unfolds as a complete experiential journey designed to help you reconnect with yourself and your community.
Throughout the gathering you will experience:
• A welcoming community circle.
• Guided breathwork to calm the mind and awaken the body.
• Gentle movement and body-awakening exercises to prepare for free movement.
• A carefully curated Ecstatic Dance journey that invites exploration, expression, celebration, and release.
• Opportunities to move freely at your own pace without judgment or expectation.
• Moments of stillness and personal reflection.
• A guided meditation to help integrate the experience and reconnect with inner peace.
• A gentle closing circle to complete our evening together.
Movement has been used across cultures for thousands of years to celebrate life, release stress, process emotions, and reconnect with ourselves.
When combined with conscious breathing and mindful awareness, movement becomes more than exercise—it becomes a practice of presence.
This gathering is an invitation to step out of your thinking mind, reconnect with your body, and experience the freedom that comes from moving authentically.
There is nothing to perform.
Nothing to perfect.
Only an opportunity to be fully yourself.
