An Ecstatic Dance Ritual Between Worlds🌒 THE WITCHING 🌒 is a ritual devoted to the turning of the seasons, transformation, and our relationship with the wild and unseen. As the light fades and the earth turns inward, we gather for one final ecstatic dance before the darker season begins. Through conscious movement and alchemy, we explore the witch beyond costume and gender, as an expression of instinct, nature, transformation, and the willingness to meet what stirs beneath the surface.
As the season turns inward, so do we. Following THE WITCHING, Ecstatic Dance Denmark will take another long break for rest, recalibration, and whatever wants to emerge next!

Ecstatic Dance is an exploration - an open gateway into movement, sound, and self-awareness. There is no choreography, no expectations, no need to perform. Instead, we tune in, allowing the music to become our guide, our bodies to become instruments of expression, and the space around us to transform into a living, breathing organism of shared experience.
Through dance, we bridge the seen and the unseen, the known and the unknown. We let go of judgment and surrender to the raw, unfiltered pulse of life moving through us. Some moments may feel wild and untamed, others still and contemplative. Whatever emerges is welcome. You are invited to explore the full spectrum of your being - whether that means dancing ecstatically, sinking into a deep meditative flow, feeling your precious emotions or simply standing still and feeling the vibrations of the music in your bones.
This is a space, held with intention. An alcohol- and substance-free environment, it offers a rare chance to experience deep, heart-centered euphoria, whether just through the rhythm of the music or for those that wish to deepen their journey, we also offer a sacred elixir crafted with ceremonial cacao and blue lotus. This heart-opening blend invites you into a space of heightened awareness, deep embodiment, and connection with the music, the movement, and the mystery within.

Anelia is the force behind "Ecstatic Dance Denmark" & "Authentic Element". Her path is rooted in a deep devotion to inner alchemy with a particular focus on trauma therapy, emotional liberation and authentic living. She recognized the ways in which childhood wounds, societal conditioning, and inner criticism shape our sense of self and our relationships. This awareness led her to seek out diverse healing practices, ultimately finding a profound resonance in soul retrieval, parts work, somatic attachment therapy, breathwork, energy healing, tantra, plant medicine integration and the subtle energies that influence our inner worlds. She guides individuals in 1-1 sessions and groups through various events and retreats, to reconnect with their inner wisdom, release long-held emotional burdens, and heal the fractured parts of themselves. With a deep understanding of the connection between body, mind, and heart, her work is about fostering radical acceptance, self-compassion, and integration, allowing her clients to step into their power and align with their truest selves.

Emil Rav - Since Emil discovered that sense of freedom and aliveness that a proper dance brings him and the connection it creates when shared with others, he has been obsessed with every aspect of the dancefloor. He is deeply passionate about crafting transformative space through music curation, programmed light shows, and decorations that together can bring you out of the ordinary and allow you to drop deep into that state of surrendering to the dance journey.
