This Sunday, we move in honor of our ancestors — the people, places, stories, strengths, struggles, and wisdom that shaped the path that brought us here.
Through meditation, music, breath, and free-form movement, we’ll create space to acknowledge what we’ve inherited, release what no longer belongs to us, and celebrate the life that continues through us.
You don’t need to know your family history.
You don’t need to have the “right” words.
You simply need to listen to your body and allow the dance to become a conversation with what came before.

A grounding practice to arrive, connect, and listen within.
🔥 10:30 AM–12:00 PM — Ecstatic Dance
A journey through music, movement, rhythm, stillness, and feeling.
