We are also incredibly excited to have the amazing Harpist Pilar joining us! She will be playing live music throughout the evening, followed by a Sound journey performance to close our time together.
This evening, we dive into the theme of Anam Flow. Inspired by the Celtic concept of Anam Ċara, or "soul-love," we are exploring the profound beauty of friendship and recognition. As poet John O’Donohue wrote, the Anam Ċara is someone with whom you can share your innermost self, your mind and your heart so we can create a deep sense of belonging.
In this dance, we begin that journey of belonging with ourselves. We invite you to meet yourself exactly as you are: thorny, alive, joyful, confused, or anything in between. By fully arriving in our own presence, we open the door to being truly heard and understood.
Arrival: Please make sure to arrive15 mins in advance while you enter the space silently.
