Amit Chandihok, the face of Sober Berlin and our facilitator, opens the evening, welcomes everyone and shares the guidelines for our time together. He then leads a gentle warm-up to help you arrive in your body. After the Ecstatic Dance journey, he guides a soothing sound integration with singing bowl, wind chimes, and grounding shakers. The breath slows, the body relaxes, and the energy settles into stillness, harmony, and deep inner calm. It is a nourishing and conscious closing to our shared dance journey.
Annette Assmy, DJ KOWAQ
Annette takes you on a musical journey through the Ecstatic Dance, from the first soft beats to full expression and back into stillness. She holds a Master's degree in Creative Documentary Film (Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona) and Experimental Media (UdK Berlin). Her spiritual training includes certifications as a Dream Teacher (Robert Moss), Oracle Divination Board Reader (Academy of Oracle Arts) and shamanic practitioner (The Four Winds Society, Dr. Alberto Villoldo). She was initiated as a Pampamesayok and Earthkeeper by Peruvian shamans and as a Cacao Guardian by Maya Elder Izaia Mendoza in Guatemala. Annette is the founder of the Mystery School of the Soul.
