Ecstatic Dance is free-form movement to music. We're keeping ours informal and to just one hour.The basic idea is simple: move however you want, respect everyone else’s space, and let other people move however they want. On the dance floor, we keep conversation to a minimum, put phones and cameras away, and leave judgment and expectations at the door.
Dance wildly, barely move at all, take breaks when you need them, or anything in between.
