About this Event
This special edition of Kids Yoga invites your little ones to dress up for the yoga session and participate in a costume contest!
Yoga with a story: Kids will explore a gentle version of Hansel and Gretel through playful yoga poses.
Well-being can be fun: Kids learn balance, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through yoga play.
Costume Contest: Kids can wear a costume to yoga and after yoga everyone has a chance to show off their outfit and then vote for their favorite (no voting for yourself!). Winner gets a prize.
Candy for all
$10 for each ticket. Kids younger than 2 years old are welcome to attend for free.
Yoga mats will be provided at the event and are included with your ticket.
Up to 30 minutes of yoga. Costume contest after yoga!
