Each gathering is a substance-free space to connect mind, body, and spirit through movement, music, and community.

🌿 How the night flows:

• Start with grounding meditation to create the sacred container
• Then a gentle intro to dance — wiggle your body, shake it out, maybe even learn a new move
• Drop into 75 minutes of immersive dance music led by @‌scottparietti our resident DJ, or a DJ from our local or Atlanta community
• Move freely, express fully, and dance exactly as you are
