An Evening of Ancestral Breath work, Guided Sound Journey, Spirit Mediumship & Meditation.
Step into an evening of connection, reflection and spiritual exploration as we gather for Echo's of the ancestors.
A unique experience bringing together breath work, sound healing with spirit drumming, mediumship and meditation, followed by an opportunity to connect, enjoy refreshments and explore future offerings.
Whether you are looking to connect with your inner self, explore ancestral energy, experience spiritual practices or simply enjoy a beautiful evening in a welcoming space, you are invited to join us.
✨ The Evening
4:00pm – 5:30pm | Ancestry Breathwork with David
A 90 minute guided ancestry breath work experience, creating space to breathe, release and explore your connection to those who came before you.
5:45pm – 6:30pm | Sound Bath & Spirit Drumming with Melissa
Immerse yourself in the vibrations of sound and rhythm. A 45-minute journey designed to encourage relaxation, grounding and energetic connection.
6:45pm – 7:45pm | Mediumship with Lois
An hour of mediumship spiritual connection and open circle with Lois, offering a space to explore messages and connections from our ancestors.
8:00pm – 8:30pm | Meditation with Natalia
A 30-minute guided meditation to settle the mind, ground your energy and bring the evening's experiences together.
8:30pm – 9:00pm | Bake sale, Drinks & Connect
Finish the evening with something sweet to eat, refreshments and time to connect.
Bring money for some delicious sweet treats.
There will also be an opportunity for 1-to-1 tarot, including a one-card tarot reading with Lois, or the chance to chat with her about booking a longer private reading.

Please arrive for 3.50pm for the integration to opening breath work session.
