Echoes of Obsidian are known for powerful symphonic metal, combining cinematic orchestration, soaring vocals, and driving riffs into an epic live experience. For the Velvet & Venom album and tour, however, the band take a very different form.
This special performance is an intimate jazz noir reinterpretation featuring Adele on vocals and Chris Tiberius Heald on bass and vocals. Stripping away the full metal instrumentation, the duo explore the darker, moodier side of Echoes of Obsidian through atmospheric arrangements inspired by smoky jazz lounges and noir cinema.
Blending haunting vocals with expressive bass work, Velvet & Venom transforms the band’s dramatic style into something elegant, immersive, and deeply emotive.
