About this Event
A hands-on employer branding hackathon
We can all talk. This is about walking the walk. EB Uncut: The Hack is a full-day, hands-on employer branding hackathon for practitioners who want to do, not just discuss. Built for people working in employer brand, talent attraction, recruitment marketing and comms, this is a space to tackle real challenges and build practical solutions - fast.
You’ll work in small teams to take on genuine employer branding and attraction problems, pressure-test ideas, explore different perspectives and turn thinking into action. Expect pace, collaboration and a healthy amount of challenge.
No speakers. No fluff. Just smart brains, real problems and ideas that actually go somewhere.
What you’ll experience
- Dive into a hypothetical EB or talent attraction challenge
- Collaborate in small, cross-discipline teams
- Think fast. Build ideas. Solve problems together
- Get challenged by mentors in the room
