Join Aleena McKinnon of Buddha Beats Yoga for an uplifting, all-levels yoga experience inspired by renewal, fresh energy, and new beginnings.
We’ll begin with a feel-good yoga flow to awaken the body, build warmth, and lift your energy. The practice will gradually slow down with deep stretching, calming breathwork, and a peaceful savasana.
