What if it could be the beginning of a journey back to yourself? 🌿
Earth – Reiki 1 is the first stage of my Earth, Heart & Light Reiki Path — a retreat-inspired approach to Reiki training rooted in nature, personal healing, spiritual growth and community.
Held around the Spring Equinox, Earth represents new beginnings. A time to ground, reconnect with yourself and begin laying the foundations for your Reiki journey.
We begin the experience with an optional mindful walk through the ancient woodland of Kingley Vale, taking time to slow down, connect with nature and prepare for the day ahead.
Then, within the beautiful Vale Café & Wellness Studio, we'll spend the day immersed in Reiki.

🌳 YOU DON'T HAVE TO WALK THE PATH ALONE
One of the most important parts of Earth, Heart & Light is community.
There is something special about learning alongside others — sharing experiences, practising together, supporting one another and knowing that the changes and questions that can arise after an attunement don't have to be navigated alone.
This day is suitable if you've never experienced Reiki before, but you're also very welcome if you've previously trained in Reiki and feel called to return to the beginning, reconnect with your practice or experience Reiki in a completely new way.
You don't have to want to become a Reiki practitioner either. Some people come to Reiki for their own healing and wellbeing; others eventually feel called to share it professionally. Both paths are welcome.

Earth can be taken as a standalone Reiki 1 training day for £225, or it can become the beginning of the full 11-month Earth, Heart & Light Group Reiki Path:

The complete Group Path is £995, with a £95 deposit followed by 10 monthly payments of £90. There is also an option including the two-day Summer Retreat for £1,295.
Places are intentionally limited to 12 people so that you receive individual guidance while still experiencing the connection and energy of learning within a group.
You don't need to arrive knowing exactly where this path will take you.
Just come with an open heart, curiosity and a willingness to begin.
