EARTH ELEMENTAn autumn gathering on the land of grounding, reverence & connection
Saturday, October 10th | 5:30–8:30 PM
$65 per person
Join Crown & Stone and Robin Spinner for an intentional autumn evening devoted to honoring the land that sustains us.
There are seasons for reaching, growing, and creating.
And there are seasons for coming back down.
Earth Element is an evening devoted to our relationship with the Earth — honoring what she holds for us, what she can teach us, and the quiet work of planting something new.
Together, we’ll move through practices designed to bring us out of our heads and back into relationship with the body, the land, and the season we are entering.
We’ll explore the Shamanic Medicine Wheel and the role it can play in understanding cycles of change, release what has become heavy through sound and somatic movement, rest belly-to-belly with the Earth, and create a communal mandala piece by piece.
Throughout the evening, an abundant Earth Element table will invite you to experience Earth through the senses — touching, smelling, tasting, and engaging with herbs, foods, textures, and other earthly offerings.
This practice is for anyone looking for their connection back to the Earth, back to the body, and back into relationship with what we are ready to release and what we are ready to grow.
