Join us for an evening of ear acupuncture and ear seeding.Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted, wired-but-tired, struggling with sleep, tension, headaches, digestion, hormone changes, or simply feeling "off" in your body? Join Jenny Branco, BSN, RN, IHP, AAT, for a deeply restorative wellness experience designed to help your body shift out of stress mode and into a calmer, more regulated state. Ear acupuncture uses specific points on the ear to communicate directly with the nervous system, helping the body release tension, improve resilience to stress, support emotional balance, and promote a greater sense of calm and wellbeing. Many participants notice softer muscles, deeper breathing, a quieter mind, improved mood, and better sleep following treatment.
In addition to full ear acupuncture sessions, attendees will also have the option to receive customized ear seeds. Ear seeds are tiny beads placed on specific points of the ear that continue providing gentle stimulation for several days after your visit. With more than 200 points available on the ear, protocols can be tailored to support concerns such as stress, sleep, energy, cravings, digestion, headaches, neck and shoulder tension, emotional balance, focus, hormonal symptoms, and more.
Jenny combines her background in conventional healthcare, Functional Medicine, and nervous system-focused wellness to create personalized experiences that help clients feel supported, cared for, and empowered in their healing journey.
Residents and their friends and family are welcome to choose from two options:
Ear Acupuncture + Ear Seeding — $75 per person (limited to 11 participants, begins at 6:30 PM)
Ear Seeding Only — $35 per person (no limit, begins at 7:00 PM)
