About this Event
An invitation to a candlelit evening in honor of Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead), the Mexican tradition of remembering loved ones who have passed. Last year, my dear friend Jamie Silver and I traveled to Oaxaca, Mexico, to experience Día de Muertos firsthand. We were deeeeply moved by the way death is met with so much remembrance and celebration, and wanted to create our own alters this year with the community. Jamie is an EFT tapping practitioner who has long used her own experience with grief to help others. She began receiving messages from her angel and their exchanges eventually became a published book. Jamie will guide us through EFT tapping and scripting, and I will lead a meditative sound bath and guided conversation as we connect with our departed loved ones.
