🎟️ Wstęp wolny
W programie ludowa muzyka na żywo, wspólna zabawa oraz odrobina tajemnicy i grozy. Podczas potańcówki przypomnimy w nowej formie dawne tradycje, a o oprawę teatralną zadba Teatr Imperialny.
Harmonogram
🕡 18:30 – spotkanie śpiewacze (Sala Ciszy, 2. piętro)
🕡 18:30 – warsztaty tańców grupowych (Foyer Sali Widowiskowej)
🕢 19:30 – potańcówka
🕙 22:00 – zakończenie
👹 Zachęcamy do przebrania się – upiory, zmory, wilkołaki i dusze niespokojne są mile widziane! Możecie też nawiązać do motywu danse macabre albo przygotować własne maski inspirowane znaleziskami archeologicznymi z Nowogrodu. A jeśli nie macie kostiumu – wystarczy odrobina białej farby na twarzy!
💃 Przed potańcówką zachęcamy do przyjścia na spotkanie śpiewacze i warsztaty taneczne. Spotkanie poprowadzi Patryk Dziubek. Poznacie na nim zarówno pieśni zabawowe jak i te dotyczące przemijania. Podczas warsztatów tanecznych poznamy tańce grupowe z całej Europy (balfolk), będzie też krótkie wprowadzenie do tańców w parach.
Do tańca zagra Kapela z Piwnicy. Zobaczymy też fragment spektaklu Teatru Imperialnego, inspirowanego przedchrześcijańskim świętem zmarłych 🎭
⚠️ Treści wrażliwe
W czasie potańcówki pojawią się bodźce, które mogą wywołać dyskomfort:
– motywy śmierci, zmarłych i żałoby,
– połączenie zabawy z klimatem grozy,
– przerażająca scenografia oraz kostiumy aktorów i uczestników,
– nawiązania do dawnych obrzędów i wierzeń,
– interakcje aktorów z publicznością,
– sztuczny dym,
– głośna muzyka/pogłos,
– gasnące światło i półmrok.
Jeśli któryś z tych elementów jest dla Ciebie trudny, możesz w każdej chwili wyjść lub zrobić przerwę.
♿ Dostępność
Budynek ACKiM UMCS Chatka Żaka jest dostosowany do poruszania się osób z niepełnosprawnościami (dźwig osobowy, platformy schodowe, toalety). Wydarzenie odbywa się na parterze. Przy wejściu znajduje się podjazd. Na parkingu przed Chatką Żaka wydzielone są miejsca parkingowe. Przystanek UMCS znajduje się ok. 300 metrów od wejścia do Chatki Żaka. You’re invited to the Grandfathers’ Dance Party (“Dziadowska Potańcówka”) – an evening full of dancing, music and communion with the spirits of the dead 💀

The program includes live folk music, communal fun, and a touch of mystery and dread. During the party, we will revive old traditions in a new form, and Teatr Imperialny will take care of the theatrical setting.
Schedule
🕡 6:30 PM – singing session
🕡 6:30 PM – group dance workshops
🕢 7:30 PM – dance party
🕙 10:00 PM – end
👹 We encourage you to dress up – spectres, nightmares, werewolves and restless souls are welcome! You can also refer to the danse macabre motif or prepare your own masks inspired by archaeological finds from Novgorod. And if you don’t have a costume, a little white face paint will do!
💃 Before the party, we encourage you to come to the singing session and the dance workshops. The singing session will be led by Patryk Dziubek. You will learn both festive songs and songs about the passing of life. In the dance workshops, we will learn group dances from all over Europe (balfolk), and there will also be a short introduction to partner dances.
Kapela z Piwnicy (“the Band from the Cellar”) will play for the dancing. We will also see an excerpt from a Teatr Imperialny performance inspired by the pre-Christian festival of the dead 🎭
⚠️ Sensitive content
During the party, there will be stimuli that may cause discomfort:
– themes of death, the deceased and mourning,
– a combination of fun with an atmosphere of horror,
– frightening scenography and costumes of actors and participants,
– references to old rites and beliefs,
– interactions between actors and the audience,
– artificial smoke,
– loud music/reverb,
– dimming lights and semi-darkness.
If any of these elements is difficult for you, you can leave or take a break at any time.
♿The ACKiM UMCS Chatka Żaka building is accessible for people with disabilities (elevator, lifts, restrooms). The event takes place on the ground floor. There is a ramp at the entrance. Designated parking spaces are available in the parking lot in front of Chatka Żaka. The UMCS bus stop is approximately 300 meters from the entrance to Chatka Żaka.
