The next meeting of the Denton Songwriters Guild will be on Tuesday, October 20th at Yellow Dog Art Bar. We meet at 7 and start at 7:30. The current songwriting challenge prompt is "And It Went Like This". You may use the prompt however you wish, it is only for inspiration. You do NOT need to write a song to attend. Meetings are always free and open to the public. We will perform our songs for the group, vote on the winner of the coveted certificate, and pick a prompt for next month(which will also be our anniversary party). Every Tuesday is also Spoken Word Night at Yellow Dog! On nights when the guild is in attendance, spoken word will take place in the back room.
