In our busy modern lives, how often do you truly disconnect from the noise and reconnect with yourself? After running two of these beautiful workshops in the Norwich area and receiving heartwarming feedback, I felt a strong calling to expand the geography of this extraordinary journey and bring it to Cambridgeshire! 🥰✨
Curious about drums, rhythm, or singing? Come and enjoy a welcoming, uplifting musical experience where you can explore sound, express yourself, and connect with others — no musical experience needed, just an open heart! ❤️
Join Tanya for a special workshop combining the earthy, grounding rhythms of drums with the warmth and freedom of the human voice.
✨ What to expect from this journey:
• Sound Grounding & Welcome: We will begin with deep relaxation and stress release, immersed in the magical, soothing sounds of Koshi & Zaphir bells.
• Explore the Rhythm: Discover the sounds of percussion instruments, learn to play authentic frame drums and shakers, and experience the joy of drumming together in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.
• Vocal Awakening: Enjoy gentle vocal practices accompanied by live piano to help you connect with your natural voice and discover the pleasure of singing freely.
• Ancient Meets Modern: An energetic Djembe and Bongo drum jam session combined with intuitive, joyful movement to let the rhythm fully ground you.
• Soul Integration: A beautiful closing meditation to integrate your experience and set a clear, peaceful vector for your inner harmony.
