Join musician Perry Smith as he guides you through a joyous, rhythmic adventure! We’ll explore rhythm styles from West Africa to the Middle East as a means to enhance our listening and communicating skills, find deeper connection with each other and ourselves, and open to a greater sense of well being. All levels welcome. Drums are provided, but feel free to bring your own!A note from Perry:
