Dropfleet Commander is a tabletop wargame designed around the command of a fleet of combat spacecraft from one of six distinct factions.
The goal of each game is to out-score your opponent by completing objectives that are determined by you and your opponent before the start of the game.
You can take objectives with troops from your ships, or you may decide that “if I can’t have it, you won’t get it either,” and destroy an objective from orbit.
There are several players of Dropfleet in the Atlanta area, and we are looking to increase our numbers. We will be meeting at GigaBites Cafe on Monday nights to run demos, play games, and introduce others to the spaceship game we enjoy. The game and our community is intended to be more relaxed and casual.
If you are interested, swing by. We will gladly introduce ourselves and the game.
