Explore the wisdom of dreams through collective dream sharing. Share or simply listen—curiosity is all you need.
About this Event

Step into the hidden language of the unconscious through the magic of collective dream sharing. Together, we will explore the wisdom of dreams, how they guide, heal, and reveal. You don’t need to bring a dream to participate; listening is just as powerful. One dream will be selected from those who wish to share, and the group will explore it with care and curiosity. Bring a notebook, a pen, and most of all, an open heart and mind. You’re welcome whether you’re new to Jung or a long-time reader; curiosity and openness are all you need.

Helen Walker is a facilitator of contemplative and experiential practices that support self-awareness, reflection, and inner inquiry. With nearly three decades of professional experience in library science and public service, she brings a deep respect for learning and listening, along with a strong sense of community, into her work. Her background includes meditation, Qigong, Reiki, and long-term personal engagement with her own dreams. Helen’s approach centers on presence, curiosity, and embodied experience, creating spaces that feel held, human, and accessible. She works with dreams and symbolic material as living sources of reflection, inviting participants to listen inward and explore their inner life together.
