About this Event
An intimate, two-hour creative workshop to connect with your subconscious, learn dream recall rituals, and explore your inner world.
Have you ever woken up from a dream feeling like your mind was trying to tell you something?
Our dreams speak to us in a rich symbolic language that can be utilised to support our personal growth and creative expression.
This workshop is a warm invitation to slow down, honour those overnight stories, and learn practical tools to bring them into your waking life.
Using Carl Jung's concept of Active Imagination alongside intuitive art, this is a creative space designed for self-reflection and community connection. No artistic skill or previous dreamwork experience is required.
Before the Workshop:
To get the most out of our time together, please keep a dream journal in the run-up to the workshop. Try to write down any images, fragments, or feelings you remember immediately upon waking. You will bring one of these recent dreams with you to explore during the session.
What we will do together:
- Master Dream Recall: Learn simple, daily rituals to help you remember your dreams more vividly.
- Dream Circle: A safe, confidential space to share a recent dream fragment or feeling. (strictly limited to 10 participants)
- Guided Active Imagination: A meditative journey back into the landscape of your dream to uncover its emotional core.
- Creative Integration: Time to process your experience using oil pastels and guided journaling prompts.
- Take-Home Support: You will receive a physical, home-made workbook to support your ongoing dreaming practice.
What’s included: Pastels and drawing paper, paper and pens for journalling (though you are encouraged to bring your own journal) and your personal workbook are provided. Just bring a recent dream (even if it’s just a single image or a lingering emotion) and your open mind.
