Join us for a fun and fabulous brunch experience where you’ll learn to prepare gourmet chicken and waffles with Chef Alissia Trent.
Guests will participate in a hands-on cooking experience and create their own delicious brunch while enjoying mimosas, music, laughter, and fabulous drag brunch entertainment.
Choose your favorite finishing touch for your chicken and waffles:
🍑 Peach Bourbon Compote

Refund & Cancellation Policies
Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48+ hours before the event. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable for individually purchased tickets.
For groups of 5–10 guests, a minimum of 7 days' notice is required to receive a credit toward a future class or event.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class or event due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If Cooking with Cass cancels or reschedules an event, guests will be contacted using the phone number or email address provided at registration and offered an appropriate refund or credit.
While we are unable to offer credits, transfers, or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work conflicts, personal emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control, guests are always welcome to send someone in their place, as we understand that unexpected circumstances happen. If you are purchasing this class or event as a gift, please provide this cancellation policy to the recipient, as the policy will still apply.
