Please celebrate with Elgin Public Museum as we heartily welcome Dr. Lance Grande, 43-year Curator at Chicago's Field Museum of Natural History, to the Board of Directors of Elgin Public Museum. Drawing on his long experience, Dr. Grande's presentation will focus on Natural History Museums, people who work in them, and their value to society. In doing research and educating the public about nature and human culture, these institutions reveal secrets of our past and hold keys to our future.
Dr. Grande's companion book to the presentation will be available for purchase and signing.
No registration required; free admission, donations appreciated.
