About this Event
The dog days of summer deserve one last celebration and this one's going to the dogs. ??
Grab your four-legged best friend and join us at The Can for Dog Days of Summer, an afternoon and evening dedicated to all things Fido. We're taking over the plaza with FREE Pup Cups, doggie pools, pet adoptions, local pet-loving vendors, treats, activities, and plenty of opportunities for your pup to show off.
And yes, costumes are highly encouraged.

HAS YOUR DOG GOT TALENT?
CALLING ALL CANINES WITH CHARISMA.
No pet trick is too stupid. No outfit is too outrageous.
Dress your pup in their finest, funniest, weirdest, or most over-the-top look and enter our Doggie Fashion Show, or let them take center stage and show us the trick they've been rehearsing at home.
And we're putting some serious ice cream on the line:
? BEST COSTUME
Wins an Ice Cream Social for Four!
? BEST PET TRICK
Wins an Ice Cream Social for Four!
Think your dog has what it takes? Sign them up in advance below and start rehearsing now.
? 8 PM: PetFlicks
After all that excitement, settle in with your pup for an outdoor screening of the Disney classic 101 Dalmatians (1961).
Grab a scoop, find a spot, and end the night with one of the most iconic dog movies of all time.
? Bring the Whole Pack
Dog Days of Summer is FREE to attend, so bring your friends, family, neighbors, and—most importantly—your dog.
Come for a Pup Cup. Stay for the tricks. Dress to impress. And help us send summer off with one very good night at The Can. ?❤️?
