Due to lack of interest last year this will run on a powerlifting coeffieicient basis with the top 3 getting trophies. Should numbers be significantly increased this year I will consider separate classes.
24 hour weigh in and / or Weigh in on the day.
Rules:
Log:
Wear any protective equipment you wish.
Just one pair of sleeves please.
60s to complete your attempt.
Down command when locked out and stable.
Deadlift
Wear any protective equipment you wish.
Suits ok, raw ok,, any straps ok.
60s to compete your lift.
Down command when shoulders back and knees locked out.
T-shirts and medals for all.
Trophies for the Winner of each category.
Refunds only given if comp is cancelled. Not if you pull out.

Waiver of Liability release form
I understand that Receipt of Payment by Dodge City Strength Gym for this Push / Pull competition is acknowledgement of the below waiver of liability.
In consideration of being permitted to compete in "Push / Pull strongman competition," and /or any other competition held by Dodge City Strength Gym I recognise and agree that:
The risk of injury from activities involved in this competition is significant, including but not limited to serious physical injury, muscle or skeletal injury, permanent paralysis, possible impairment to general health and even death.
I knowingly and freely hold all responsibility for any injury that may occur during participation in the above competitions.
I acknowledge that I am in good physical state and in fit health to participate and do not know of any conditions or reasons that I should not take part in the above competitions.
I acknowledge that the events and weights listed in the competition I have entered are within my ability.
I further agree and hold Dodge City Strength / Chris Beetham blameless for all claims and liability of any kind, including injury, illness and death which may result in consequence of participating in any competitions organised by Dodge City Strength.
I acknowledge that I have read and agree to all of the above when paying for any competition organised by Dodge City Strength / Chris Beetham, whether by bank transaction, card payment, or cash.
Payment is acceptance of the above agreement.
