Celebrate Banned Books Week with a hands-on poster-printing workshop led by Public Space One and the Iowa City Public Library.
Inspired by challenged books and the freedom to read, participants will explore words, ideas, and creative expression while making their own printed posters to take home.
No prior printmaking experience is necessary.
Come experiment, make something, and celebrate the many voices that make our communities (and our libraries) stronger.
Open to the public
The Digital Media Lab is not available during this event.
If you need disability-related accommodations in order to participate in this event, please contact the Library.
