Divine Feminine Yoga A women-only movement experience weaving somatic connection, primal movement, breathwork, and the expressive power of the divine feminine. Move, breathe, feel, ground and explore the deep connection between mind and body in a supportive community of women. Allow emotions to rise, move through you, and integrate as you reconnect with your innate wisdom, sensuality, and aliveness. Together, we move beyond the shapes of traditional yoga into an embodied practice of liberation, connection, and evolution. 45 minutes of movement will be followed by fifteen minutes of meditative integration and grounding. Bringing a journal is encouraged.
