About this Event
Chef Patron, TheWaterside Inn, Bray-on-Thames, Alain Roux will explore how his family restaurant business has maintained exceptional standards across generations. Drawing on his career and businesses, including The Waterside Inn, which has held three Michelin stars held since 1985, he will discuss leadership, succession, talent development, consistency at the highest level and the commercial realities of sustaining daily excellence. He will reflect on leading through periods of profound change, including Brexit and the pandemic, while remaining true to the values that have defined the Roux family for generations.

• The lecture is open for anyone to attend (over 18s only).
• In person seats are limited and tickets are non-transferable therefore registration is essential. Please use the Register button above to confirm your attendance.
