Take a one hour guided hike through Oswit Canyon surrounded by breathtaking views and a variety of desert native plants and wildlife. David Paisley, Deputy Director and Community Engagement Director at Oswit Land Trust, will teach us about the conservation efforts to save and restore this beautiful desert landscape. This 1.2 mile loop is perfect for nature journaling and photography so bring your favorite creative supplies to enhance your experience.
We will meet at the Oswit Canyon Trailhead on South Palm Canyon. Be sure to wear hiking boots or athletic shoes with grippy soles, layers and sun protection. Pack water and salty snacks to stay hydrated and energized.
